SUCCESS STORY

Project Overview

Aditya Travel provides employee commute and executive transportation from Hyderabad, with buses, airport transfers, outstation trips, and chauffeurs for foreign guests.

The reader is a company buyer. The site opens as a corporate travel partner, names the six services, and puts Request Corporate Quote and Call Now at the top. Employee commute is tied to MoveInSync: OTP-verified rides, live GPS, route planning, and daily reports.

Challenge

  • Speak to HR and admin teams who buy commute and executive travel, rather than to leisure visitors.
  • Keep six services distinct so a buyer can find commute, executive cars, buses, airport, outstation, or guest support.
  • Explain the operational layer on employee commute: OTP rides, tracking, routes, and daily reports.
  • Give that buyer a quote form and a phone call without sending them through a consumer booking flow.

Delivery process

How we solved it

Aditya Travel sells to companies, not to leisure travellers. HR and admin buyers need employee commute, executive cars, buses, airport transfers, outstation trips, and support for foreign guests — and a way to ask for a quote.

Business analysis separated those six services and the MoveInSync commute details. UX put the corporate quote and the phone call in the hero. Development built the service pages. QA checked the quote path and the service split.

  • Six services, separated Employee commute, executive travel, buses, airport, outstation, and foreign-guest support each have a place.
  • Commute operations on the page OTP-verified rides, GPS, route planning, and daily reports are written into the employee-commute service.
  • A corporate next step Request Corporate Quote and Call Now sit at the top of the page.
  • Buyers can see who already rides Client names and short notes from corporate teams sit further down the page.

Proof for a corporate buyer

Driver standards, vehicle age, and the MoveInSync points sit in a “why choose” band so operations are visible before the quote.

Further down, named notes from teams at Mitratech, Houlihan Lokey, and Cognitus sit with a client row that includes

  • ICIMS
  • SHI
  • Rescom
  • Prolifics
The quote action stays available from the hero.

One site for the contract conversation

Services, commute operations, client notes, and the corporate quote now sit on one site.
Wimira’s work covered the structure, the screens, the build, and the quote path.
