SUCCESS STORY
Project Overview
Niora is a luxury hair and beauty salon. The public site introduces couture hair, skin artistry, and a bridal suite, then asks the visitor to book.
Starting prices are on the cards: hair from ₹1,999, skin from ₹2,499, and bridal from ₹25,000. A lookbook shows cuts, colour, and bridal styling. Interior and reception photography carry the room onto the page. VIP membership sits next to booking for returning clients.
Challenge
- Present hair, skin, and bridal as three clear entries, with a starting price on each.
- Show transformations without turning the homepage into a full gallery.
- Make booking the action in the hero and again at the end of the page.
- Give returning clients a membership path beside the first appointment.

How we solved it
Niora needed the site to feel like the salon and still make the next step obvious: book, or look at membership. Hair, skin, and bridal are the three entries, each with a published starting price.
Business analysis set those three suites and the booking action. UX carried the look of the room into the page. Development built the brand site. QA checked booking, the lookbook, and the prices on a phone.
- Three suites Couture hair, skin artistry, and the bridal suite each open with a starting price.
- A lookbook, not a dump Transformations are sampled on the homepage, with a path to the full lookbook.
- Booking first Book Your Experience is the primary action in the hero and again at the close.
- A return path VIP membership sits beside booking for clients who come back.
